A brother and sister consulting team, Balfour Consulting collectively offers over 55 years senior management and consulting experience. This includes working with local, state and federal government departments and agencies, major corporations such Telstra, BHP and Fuji Xerox, a wide range of not-for-profit organisations and variously sized businesses across the tourism, professional services, health, agribusiness, hospitality, retail, finance, IT and property sectors.

Balfour Consulting can facilitate a complete strategic planning process within an organisation, or we can undertake the development of comprehensive strategic marketing or communications plans with associated implementation plans and systems of evaluation and review.

Balfour Consulting will undertake specific projects for clients in need of strategic input and strategic development and put together skilled project teams to meet client objectives. Alternatively, Balfour Consulting can become an “outsourced section”, providing ongoing services for those businesses and organisations for which having such a facility in-house is not practical or financially feasible.

We only offer the services of senior consultants with proven track records in their areas of expertise. We do not employ juniors as consultants or account executives nor do we add loading to any external services engaged as part of a project.
